Concrete Worker

Our company, located in Kaunas, is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete work, such as pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces. You should have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry and be familiar with using various tools and equipment for concrete work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing tasks according to project specifications
- Operate various tools and equipment such as trowels, screeds, and power saws
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and setting up formwork
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete tasks within given deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and techniques related to concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools for concrete work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (for foreigners)
