As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary:
$1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
