Waiter/Waitress - Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to restaurant standards
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or special events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Knowledge of various types of cuisine and ability to make recommendations to guests
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Lahore, Pakistan.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa:
The candidate must have their own valid visa for working in Pakistan.
