Handyman for Residential Properties in Nizwa, Oman


We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team and help maintain our residential properties in Nizwa, Oman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as basic plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role and be able to handle physical work. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Repair or replace broken fixtures such as doorknobs or locks
- Conduct general maintenance tasks including changing lightbulbs, fixing leaky faucets, etc.
- Keep the property clean and tidy by removing trash and debris
- Communicate with property manager regarding any repairs or issues that need attention

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Good understanding of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to use common hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
