We are currently hiring a Puncher to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to punch holes in metal sheets and plates according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch press machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine specifications
- Position metal sheets or plates onto the machine
- Align material with dies and punches
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, pressure, and depth of punch
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machine operation and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating punch press machines is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Good understanding of metalworking processes and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
