Restaurant Manager for Indian Restaurant in St. Petersburg



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at an Indian restaurant in St. Petersburg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Experience in managing a team and handling customer complaints
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget targets
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Address customer complaints promptly and find solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Work closely with the chef to ensure quality of food meets our standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks to avoid shortages or waste
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers

Contract Type: Full-time contract (with possibility for extension)

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant, is fluent in English, has strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service skills. They should also have knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture, as well as experience with budgeting and inventory management.
