As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a dynamic team of staff members. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Train, manage, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-saving strategies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll expenses
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1200 per month.
