The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction project management. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Jerusalem, Israel. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and preference will be given to Kenyan nationals or candidates with experience working in Kenya.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project.
- Monitor progress on construction sites and ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Supervise teams of workers and provide guidance as needed.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the course of a project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency is required).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
