As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites. Your primary role will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Transport materials and load/unload trucks using heavy machinery.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation of projects.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with equipment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery.
- Must be fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
