Computer Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop test plans and conduct testing on new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train users on new systems or features as needed
- Provide technical support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, software applications, and programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven experience in system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a tech startup or software development company
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with database management
