As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to clients. Your main duties will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve any issues. You should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automated testing tools. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking systems
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or product updates
- Use automated testing tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or QTP
- Familiarity with agile development methodology is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
