We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Aarhus. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement visually appealing product displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure products are adequately stocked
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies for new products or seasonal items
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, display effectiveness, and overall appearance
- Train store employees on product knowledge, display techniques, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and store visits

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport preferred
