Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Bayan, Kuwait

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our growing team at our fashion retail store in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, maintaining inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching and innovative displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with buying team to select merchandise for the store
- Regularly visit competitor stores to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Train and supervise junior merchandisers in visual merchandising techniques
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through effective visual merchandising techniques
