Entry Level Merchandiser


We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores and ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to negotiate prime product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to the appropriate team members
- Execute promotional displays and ensure they are set up accurately according to company standards
- Conduct regular store audits to assess product placement, pricing, and overall presentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
