Online Consultant for English Speaking Clients


We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guidance to our English speaking clients. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in a customer service role. Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Make product recommendations based on client needs

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a customer service role
