As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and budget for a commercial project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it meets the approved design and specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to plans as needed during the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
