Job Title: Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and represent our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in Monaco
