Surveyor for Contract-Based Work in Fonvieille



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team for contract-based work in Fonvieille. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to land, buildings, and other structures. Your work will be essential in informing construction projects, property developments, and other land-related decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Create accurate maps and diagrams using survey data
- Analyze survey data to determine land boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Present survey findings in clear reports or presentations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during surveys
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of surveying methods and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software for creating maps and diagrams
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards related to surveys
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Experience working on contracts (preferred)
