Architectural Designer



We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre, Canada. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building plans based on client requirements and specifications. Your role will involve utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models, as well as collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus.

Salary: $1100 per month.

City: Acre, Canada.

Nationality: Canadian or Filipino preferred.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed building plans using CAD software.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Utilize sustainable design principles when possible.
- Present designs to clients for approval.
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients or professionals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong technical skills including understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings and designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred.
