Elevator Installation Technician


We are in search of an experienced Elevator Installation Technician to join our team in Shan. As an Elevator Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators and other vertical transportation systems in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing elevators, including lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting safety controls
- Troubleshoot and repair elevator malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure smooth installation process
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights or in confined spaces
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and service reports
- Assist with training new technicians on proper installation techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in elevator installation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an elevator installer or technician
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this role.

Location:
This position is located in Shan, but we are open to applicants from any nationality. Biometric passport is required for this job.
