Facade Maintenance Technician
Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (Open to foreigners)


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of building facades to ensure they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and sealing surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged facade elements such as windows, siding, and trim
- Install new facade elements as needed
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation of the building
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights or using heavy equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in facade maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of building materials and their properties
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in facade repair work
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Strong communication skills in English (German language skills would be an asset)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel within Europe

We offer competitive salary starting at 1500$ per month, depending on experience. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours during busy periods. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must already have housing arrangements in Eschen or be willing to relocate. Students are welcome to apply for this role as well.
