Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any software or hardware issues they may encounter. Your role will involve troubleshooting problems, documenting solutions, and communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Document solutions for future reference
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Canadian nationality or willing to relocate to Chelyabinsk, Russia
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience in IT support for foreign clients is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
