Head Baker

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new recipes for pastries, breads, and other baked goods
- Oversee all aspects of production, including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and baking items
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Train and supervise junior bakers and other staff members
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all products meet our high standards
- Keep track of daily sales and make adjustments to production as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new products or seasonal items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month
