We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team at a renowned bakery in Los Angeles. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your role will involve measuring and mixing ingredients, following recipes, and baking products to perfection.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to create various types of baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Use various baking techniques and equipment to produce high-quality products
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and decorating
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes
- Strong attention to detail for achieving consistent results
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or equipment
- Excellent time management skills for meeting production deadlines
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations

Preference:
This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
2. Previous experience working in a bakery or pastry shop
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
4. Possession of a valid biometric passport

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
