Rental Coordinator

As a Rental Coordinator for our rental company in Bungoma, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the rental process. This includes communicating with clients, scheduling rentals, handling contracts and payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their rental needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate rental schedules and ensure all necessary equipment is available
- Create and manage rental contracts, including collecting payments and securing necessary documentation
- Conduct pre-rental inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the rental period
- Maintain accurate records of all rentals and associated paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the rental process

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, as this is an English speaking job
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel (if required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
