Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Eschen. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing buildings and structures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on site conditions or client requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and create detailed drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and colleagues

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
