Facade Project Manager

As a Facade Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facade projects in the city of Oslo, Norway. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating project teams, developing project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire facade project from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop detailed project plans
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade construction or project management role
- Strong understanding of building facades and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
