Land Surveyor

The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Ensure accuracy of collected data by cross-checking measurements and calculations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to gather project requirements
- Assist in planning and coordinating survey projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper functioning at all times
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field
- Provide guidance to junior team members when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
