Building Surveyor



We are currently seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in Osijek. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of buildings, as well as providing expert advice on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed surveys of buildings, including structural elements, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Identifying any defects or potential issues with building structures and systems.
- Providing expert advice on building regulations and compliance.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Preparing reports detailing survey findings and recommendations for remedial action.
- Inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
- Managing project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in building surveying.
- Extensive knowledge of building regulations and codes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location:
Osijek, Croatia. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
