Hotel Sales Manager



We are hiring an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure new business for the hotel.

Your main duties will include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and creating sales plans to target specific demographics. You will also collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management, preferably in the Indian market. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, without accommodation provided. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket upon hire.
