We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Gujrat. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Research materials and products to be used in projects
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience creating detailed technical drawings for commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in the city of Gujrat or surrounding areas
- Knowledge of relevant software programs, such as SketchUp or 3ds Max
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
