Job Title: Entry Level Information Security Analyst


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Information Security Analyst to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's data and systems. This is a contract position without accommodation, so applicants must have their own visa and be able to work in La-Condamine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement necessary security measures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in information security or related field is a plus but not required
- Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable
