We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to create a positive work environment for employees
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
