Commercial Architect - Atlanta, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main focus will be on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts and create detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials and finishes that are both functional and visually appealing
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
