Junior Network and Systems Administrator



We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network and systems to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve network efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to implement new systems or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in network administration or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Server 2012/2016) and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP), Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

This position is based in Almada, Portugal.
