We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Os, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure the efficient production of goods. You will work with a variety of machines and equipment, including but not limited to lathes, grinders, drills, and presses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided by production plans
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and performing regular maintenance on machines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Knowledge of various machine types and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Good understanding of mechanical processes and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to follow safety protocols at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in machine operation or related field
- Experience with CNC machines is highly desirable
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
