We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Malindi. As a Mason, your main responsibility will be to construct and repair structures using various types of materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stone. You will need to have good knowledge of building techniques and be able to read blueprints and follow construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Layout and build foundations, walls, floors, and other structures according to construction plans
- Cut or break bricks, blocks, or stones using hammers or chisels
- Mix mortar or other adhesives using hand tools or machines
- Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing structures using patching materials
- Install various types of insulation materials
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and hoists
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
