IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Multan. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology department. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and maintenance of our computer systems and networks, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the security and maintenance of all computer systems and networks
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company's IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Create and manage budgets for all IT-related projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within an IT department
- Strong knowledge of network administration, operating systems, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they become problems
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms for non-tech employees
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Multan (no accommodation provided)
