Junior Tiler - Contract Position in Lisbon

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Tiler to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for preparing and installing ceramic, stone, and glass tiles in various settings, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and floors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain hands-on training and valuable skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing
- Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create desired patterns
- Mix and apply adhesives and grout to secure tiles in place
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles
- Use tools such as tile cutters, saws, levels, and trowels to complete installations
- Clean up work area after completion of project

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic understanding of construction principles preferred
- Ability to use hand tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
