Security Specialist


As a leading security company in Umm-Said, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for security and are looking to make a difference in their community.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough security assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and assets
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, and respond promptly to any suspicious activity
- Train employees on security measures and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide detailed reports for management
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve our security measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Nepali nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Umm-Said but may require occasional travel within the country.
