Factory Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled Factory Machine Operator for our manufacturing facility in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
- Operate and monitor machinery during production runs
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of machinery, such as press machines, lathes, or CNC machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
