Body Repair Master

We are a luxury car dealership in Monte-Carlo and we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing any damages to the body of our high-end vehicles, ensuring they are restored to their original condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of damage
- Use various tools and equipment to repair dents, scratches, and other damages
- Replace or repair damaged parts as needed
- Straighten frames and align body panels
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and provide estimates for time and cost
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in a luxury car dealership or high-end body shop
- Extensive knowledge of different types of vehicles, their body structures, and repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools required for repairs
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide opportunities for growth within our company.
