Online Consultant (Esbjerg, Denmark)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers through various online channels. This includes assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending products or services that best fit their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step instructions or solutions
- Recommending products or services based on the customer's needs and preferences
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate record-keeping of interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting techniques
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
