Body Repair Master

A reputable auto repair shop in Horsens is seeking an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of body repair including dent removal, welding, painting, and panel replacement
- Inspect vehicles for damage and develop a repair plan
- Work with various tools and equipment such as grinders, sanders, and paint sprayers
- Ensure all repairs are completed to high quality standards within the specified time frame
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and any additional work needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Solid knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
