We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Construction Manager and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for this position as we work on government projects that require security clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Provide regular updates on project status to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on government projects is an asset
- Biometric passport is required
