Construction Project Supervisor

Our construction company in Plovdiv is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively oversee the planning, design, and execution of various construction projects. This position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
- Train and supervise construction workers on site
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficient in budgeting and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Salary: Starting salary of 1200$ per month
