Information Security Analyst

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Perform risk assessments to determine potential threats and their impact on the company's information systems
- Implement security measures, such as firewalls and encryption, to protect systems from unauthorized access
- Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and investigate any potential security incidents
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards
- Provide training and guidance on security best practices to employees at all levels of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption technologies, etc.
- Experience conducting security audits and risk assessments
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various teams within the company
- Willingness to stay updated on latest trends in information security

Preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Experience with cloud security
- Knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques

Location: This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
