IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and its practical applications in a business setting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Manage IT budget and resources effectively
- Oversee network infrastructure, security systems, and data management processes
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technology into business processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and security protocols
- Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft)

Location: Las Vegas (with accommodation)

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
