Long Haul Truck Driver


We are currently hiring for a Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Malindi. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over long distances, ensuring timely delivery and safe handling of cargo.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to various locations
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips, and report any mechanical issues
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and exterior
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, etc.

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record with no accidents or violations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of cargo if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our drivers.
