We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using architectural software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and budget constraints
- Communicate with contractors to address any issues or changes that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
